Call for Special Pricing Philips OnSite training cartridge, when inserted in an OnSite AED, effectively transforms the AED into a training device until the training cartridge is removed and the actual Adult or Child Electrodes Cartridge is inserted back into the AED, returning it to a rescue-ready state.
The training pads can be peeled and placed on a manikin or 'flat man' to practice following the voice prompts and to practice proper placement of the pads. The training pads are "smart" because they can sense that they have been removed from the cartridge and applied to the manikin (when used with training 'tape') or to a 'flat man' training mat.
