Scott Movic, CSPI - Vice President, Safety

Scott Movic, CPSI

Scott Movic, Certified Professional Safety Inspector, brings over 20 years of experience in risk management, loss control, security and construction safety to Life Safety Solutions and our clients.

​Most recently, Scott was a Sr. Risk Control Consultant with Arthur J Gallagher Risk Management Services where he worked on various municipal and religious accounts throughout the southeast United States, including Miami-Dade Schools, Broward County Schools, the Diocese of Birmingham and the Ecclesiastical Province of Miami.
 
Working as President and Managing Partner of Simplified Safety Solutions (S3) he worked on an array of high profile construction projects in South Florida including the Dolphin Mall, American Airlines Arena, and the Diplomat Hotel & Convention Center. He also developed and delivered coursework approved by the State of Florida for continuing education for state certified building contractors.
 
Scott was a Loss Control Coordinator for Palm Beach County Risk Management, where he worked directly with the Engineering, Fire Rescue, and Water Utilities departments. In this capacity, Scott developed numerous safety & health policies and procedures, delivered training on numerous safety and health topics and performed accident investigations.
