have extensive infield
experience. They come from a
variety of backgrounds:
Firefighting, Paramedics,
Nursing, Education, and
other Health Care
positions. Aside from
formal instructor
qualifications, our
instructors continually
update their skills through
professional training,
continuing education and
staff development
opportunities provided by
Life Safety Solutions.
Years of infield experience,
together with positive
attitudes enables our
instructors to present the
most attention grabbing and
educational course
possible.
Michelle Martin, Fire
Fighter Paramedic
Michelle
has been a Fire Fighter
Paramedic since 1995 and
currently works for Lake
Worth Fire Rescue. She
started her career in EMS in
1992, and is currently
pursuing her EMS and Fire
Science Degree. Michelle
has been exclusively trained
by the manufacturer of each
AED and has been an integral
part of Life Safety
Solutions for 8 years.
Scott Steele,
Fire Fighter Paramedic
Scott started working as a
fireman in 1998 and as a
lead paramedic in 2001. In
2003 he started teaching EMT
and paramedic school for
FMTI. In 2004 he became a
FTO (field training officer)
to train the new medics at
the fire department. Scott
also teaches BLS, ACLS,
PALS, and PHTLS.
Mark Fives,
Fire Fighter Paramedic
Mark is a rescue-Lieutenant
working for a Fire-Rescue
agency in Palm Beach County
for the last 9 years. His
off duty time has allowed
him to share his experience
as a paramedic for 18 years
by being a CPR/AED/First Aid
instructor for Life Safety
Solutions. Prior to, and
even during his present
position, Mark has worked as
a Flight Medic, a full time
Emergency Room Paramedic and
spent 8 years with the U.S,
Navy Seebee’s gaining
experience on many different
levels.
Geoffrey Wade,
Fire Fighter Paramedic
Geoffrey
Wade was Born and raised in
Panama( Central America )
and is fluent in Spanish. He
has been
a Firefighter/Paramedic for
Palm Beach County Fire
Rescue for the last 5 years,
Also he worked as a Personal
Trainer, Sales
Representative for Dell
computers and spent 5 years
in the Military (US Army).
Ryan
Sheppard,
Fire Fighter Paramedic
Ryan
Sheppard is a
Firefighter/Paramedic, and
has worked for Palm Beach
County Fire Rescue since
2004. He has been an
instructor for Life Safety
Solutions and Palm Beach
County Fire Rescue since
2006. Ryan is currently
completing a degree in Fire
Science and is a State of
Florida Fire Inspector II.
